Quality Control
With over 35 years of experience manufacturing for some of the country’s largest companies, our quality control and inspection process has had to meet high standards. We have a dedicated department in charge of quality control and inspection. Every item passes through recorded inspection checks during its manufacturing journey which prevents any possible errors. We have a range of inspection equipment for every possible type of measurement. Inspection reports are recorded and kept so that back tracking is possible. We are currently in the process of working towards ISO 9001. Quality Control documents are also available upon request for manufactured goods. Our high Quality standards have allowed us to service the Gas Equipment industry used in mining with large quantities in excess of 100 000 components a year with a less than 1% rejection rate.
